These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Positively Nutty website and your booking of any of our yoga classes, retreats or holidays. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

When you book a class, retreat or holiday with us, you are making an offer to purchase that experience subject to these Terms. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and any required payment or deposit has been received. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide at the time of booking are accurate and complete.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, PayPal. We do not collect or store your card details. Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are inclusive of any taxes where applicable. Where a deposit is required to secure a place, the balance will be due by the date stated in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms vary by experience and will be made clear at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they secure your place and cover commitments we make on your behalf.
• If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise on any refund or transfer that may be available.
• In the rare event that we have to cancel an experience, we will offer you an alternative date where possible or a refund of monies paid to us for that experience.

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for any retreat or holiday.

4. Health & participation

Yoga and related activities are undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for informing us of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy that may affect your participation, and for consulting a medical professional before taking part if you are in any doubt. Our teachers may offer modifications, but you should always work within your own limits. We reserve the right to refuse participation where we reasonably believe it would be unsafe to do so.

5. Code of conduct

We are committed to providing a warm, welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. We ask all participants to treat teachers, venues, staff and fellow guests with courtesy. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or harmful to leave a class, retreat or holiday without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Positively Nutty and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positively Nutty is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your participation in our classes, retreats or holidays, except where such loss is caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Third-party websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
