Skye Harrison, yoga teacher

Skye Harrison

Founder & yoga teacher

Yoga initially entered Skye's life as a physical fitness practice, but quickly became something far more profound than a stronger, leaner body - it became a tool to calm a relentlessly busy mind and navigate the pressure of a decade in London's fast-paced world of film, TV and events. Her daily yoga practice sparked a deeper passion for purposeful living, eventually leading Skye to swap red carpets (and cortisol) for yoga mats (and Spanish sunshine). Today, Skye is a yoga teacher, retreat leader and the founder of Positively Nutty - a platform of handpicked yoga teachers and beautiful spaces helping busy minds and bold hearts move from spinning plates to more blissful states. Qualified in yoga teaching (including prenatal and postnatal yoga), her teaching style is dynamic yet grounding, blending strength and softness through thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flows, rhythmic music, yoga philosophy, optional hands-on assists and pure essential oils.

After years of travel and self-discovery, Seána completed her teacher training in Marbella, where she found her deepest connection to yoga in nature. Her classes blend mindful movement, meditation and grounding breathwork to help students improve flexibility, balance, quality of movement and find a greater sense of ease in everyday life.

Susan's yoga journey began more than 25 years ago, and the impact it had on her mind, body and overall wellbeing was so profound that she eventually left a successful career in advertising in Australia to dedicate herself to the practice full-time. Since then, she has deepened her studies through extensive training in India, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Vinyasa yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurvedic philosophy and nutrition. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and deeply passionate about holistic wellbeing, Susan understands that health is shaped by the way we move, nourish and care for ourselves each day. Her weekly classes weave together yoga, breathwork, meditation and relaxation, using the qualities of Earth, Water, Fire, Air or Space to guide the pace, energy and focus of each practice. Once a month, you can also join Susan for a full moon flow on Marbella's Golden Mile.
